We used Deepti Real Estate team to sell our home in Bothell last summer and she was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Deepti Gupta Real Estate Team stood out as the best Bothell has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.
We spoke with Deepti and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located on the other side of Bothell and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Deepti made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and she spend a lot of hours staging the home, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.

Deepti, without a doubt is the best in the business you can find. We know Deepti more as a friend than as a realtor. She got us a house for less than the listing price in today's firecracker market in a prime location in Bothell. Just not the location, the house itself by looking at it would have gone for an exorbitant bidding. But Deepti did her magic. She has excellent understanding of the market and not blindly bidding on a house to win it. We had the opportunity of working with Deepti recently on our home sale in Bothell, WA. We got her info from a sign that was placed outside and through the info learnt that she had sold another home down the street in our neighborhood at a very good price (well above the asking).
We had a pretty unique situation with ever changing needs from what we were expecting from our new home as well and how we should go about selling the home we were residing in, prior to closing on the new home.
Deepti was patient all along the process and made several recommendations more as a friend than an agent, keeping our best interests ahead of everything. She was quick to juggle between various new home options, negotiating the best deal at every place and literally fought for us for credits/options that were unheard of even for the seller's agent.
Once the new home was locked down, she was quick to work on listing our home (48x hours) allowing enough time for showings in the middle of a pandemic. She started promoting our home on several social media platforms immediately and made sure she spread the word to get us a great number of showings in Covid situations too. Once an offer on the home was received, she put her "seller's hat"on i.e. made sure we understand implications of closing on time, whats involved in the process, so we as a family could make the right decision.
Long story short, do yourself a favor and talk to Deepti if you ever plan on buying/selling a primary/rental home.
Her work ethic is second to none and she will make sure she leaves no stone unturned in closing the deal in favor of you.

We bought our first home with Deepti and we are amazed the way she works... She worked late nights, did great negotiations and is super dedicated in her work. She honestly told us the worth of every house and the way she negotiated was MAGIC >> We were first time buyers and were very nervous about the investments in this country but she helped us explaining the assessors report, property taxes, rezoning of the places, new schools coming up etc etc. She is a PTA member to schools and have a very big social network. Today our new place doesn’t feel new as we know everything around and it is because of Deepti Gupta.
