As a first time home buyer we were theoretically prepared on what the process would look like, but we were aware that it is consuming when we get on floor. We knew we want a candid & aggressive realtor standing on our behalf to face a market like Seattle. After our first conversation it was a no brainer for us to collaborate with her. She's a keen communicator and has a firm stand in putting home buying knowledge on the table. Deepti understood the kind of houses we liked and our limitations, she persuaded us to put an offer and took it on her shoulders to play her winning game for us, glad she tapped us before we moved on. We bought our first dream home and it wouldn't have been possible without Deepti who helped us in every way possible in this long, hectic and stressful journey. If there was a way to give 10 out of 5 stars, I would have done that without thinking. That's how much I appreciate all the work Deepti has done for us.
We were working with another realtor at start and our experience with them was not at all good. We lost a good house because of their mistake but now that we think, we are glad it happened as that's when we started working with Deepti. Deepti, without a doubt is the best in the business you can find. We know Deepti more as a friend than as a realtor. She got us a house for less than the listing price in today's firecracker market in a prime location in Bothell. Just not the location, the house itself by looking at it would have gone for an exorbitant bidding. But Deepti did her magic. She has excellent understanding of the market and not blindly bidding on a house to win it. She stepped in to help on every step of this transaction and was extremely patient with me, considering how annoying I was with my naïve questions. There is just one principle with Deepti, and that would be to listen to her and do what she says. We simply did that without any hesitation. Total time from when we started looking for a house to winning one was just 4 days. Her confidence on the appraisal report was spot on. Her contact with the lenders also made the transaction super smooth. She made sure of guiding us with the right inventory and making the right decision. Purchasing our First ever Home, a big dream came true. After relocating from Australia, we had been very picky and had a different view on homes. Buying a house has become a battle in this current market, in comes our knight in shining armor Deepti Gupta. Oh boy! Did She deliver! She understood the battlefield so well that we didn't have to fire a single bullet. Starting from understanding our requirements all the way to closure she was with us communicating constantly. Deepti was my third realtor. Am picky when it comes to buying a home of my need. I wanted someone who is knowledgeable, understand all my needs, advise me on - market and worthyness of the home. Deepti comes with all of these. She is a hard worker and she works from day into late night time, helping buyers & respond to questions. WA and especially Sammamish, Bothell and Redmond market was/is crazy (Real bad crazy) and with so many under her wings she responds to everyone, is very impressive. She also had ideas on best way to write contracts and also work with the selling realtor to help me find the right amount to put on the contract. With a soaring market I was able to win an offer with only 110K more than asking price when other houses on the same street (similar or smaller) went for nearly 200K more. In fact I saved nearly 70-90K on this home! She advises on the right house and that means she has understood my requirements well. It takes a lot of effort to understand clients need, work with them to understand the market and help them buy a dream house - Is that a package we all want from a realtor?

I think the real test of the buyer agent is in the Sellers market like we are witnessing now in the 2020/21 season which is like never before. Deepti delivers everything you could ask for in a realtor. As complete newbies in the market, we knew little of what we were getting ourselves into in Seattle/Bothell area’s fast-moving market. She was very frank with us in our initial conversations and set the right expectations quite early in the process. What I appreciate the most is how she helped us move fast in a market where the best houses seem to sell within 24 hours of being on the market. She was very proactive in getting us appointments, reading my mind about which houses I might want to see and booking them even before I said anything to her! While talking with Deepti, we really got impressed the way she understands the feelings and the fear that first time home buyers have in mind. She doesn’t really get into the business like typical realtor which is the unique part of her. She heard us very patiently in her super busy schedule and asked right questions to make sure that we were getting the enough knowledge to prepare the checklist for our home. In a nutshell, Deepti has that personal touch and expert guidance that we were seeking for. She and her team was very accommodating and was available for showing after work hours too and never disappointed us in shuttling between different locations. She told us the truth and her honest opinion about any property like a family member. Also, encouraged us to research properties on our own to get the sense of what is happening in the housing market and let her know what we liked.

Deepti really understands the market well, and can provide valuable insight despite bidding wars and subsequent emotional roller coaster ride.
Deepti also provides good advice throughout the whole house buying process, like what is a good house, what is a good location/neighborhood, as well as other things we have not thought of (such as being too close to overhead powerlines) She is always working with you on all of your needs to find your dream home.

Deepti is an Amazing realtor. She has very good knowledge on the Housing market in Seattle area especially Bothell and surrounding areas. She helped us save money by avoiding an open house and thus avoided any bidding situation totally. Her negotiation tactics was so great the listing agent has to accept our offer. Also, She helped secure $500 home warranty from the seller.
In addition to that she works with a great lender team who did what they promised on the first interaction. Moving to the Seattle area from out-of-state (Phoenix), we only had a few days to find a place and sign a lease. We didn't have a realtor in the area to work with as most realtors in this market couldn't be bothered with rentals.

We bought our first home with Deepti and we are amazed the way she works... She worked late nights, did great negotiations and is super dedicated in her work. She honestly told us the worth of every house and the way she negotiated was MAGIC >> We were first time buyers and were very nervous about the investments in this country but she helped us explaining the assessors report, property taxes, rezoning of the places, new schools coming up etc etc. She is a PTA member to schools and have a very big social network. Today our new place doesn’t feel new as we know everything around and it is because of Deepti Gupta. Not only she helped us in buying our home but she also did the lender shopping for us and saved us more than $12k through her tough negotiations. Also, gave us huge buyer rebate which covered 100% of closing costs. (Saved us a loads of money)

Deepti is an Amazing realtor. She has very good knowledge on the Housing market in Seattle area especially Bothell and surrounding areas. Deepti helped us buy our first dream home and we are really happy with the purchase. We've been in touch with her since pre-covid and she guided us well during covid time constantly updating us with the current situation. She is always available and even with her busy schedule, she managed to respond atleast via text. She made a bid on behalf of us on the second day of the listing and helped us get pre-inspected pretty quickly and made an offer on the same day. Due to the lot of attraction to the listing and with the situation of multiple offers, she wrote a strong offer that helped us win the offer. Deepti gave a call around 11 30 pm to inform us that our offer was accepted as she was in constant touch with the seller agent, such is the dedication to her clients. Even during the loan process after a mess up by our lender that delayed closing by a week, she remained calm and was constantly in touch with the lender and myself, got the penalty waived and made sure that the closing was on time. My wife and I are very thankful to Deepti for her guidance in finding us our first home 🙂
